1. ABOUT STUDIO JOYFULLY MADE
Studio JOYfully Made offers creative products and content that may include digital downloads, printables, artwork, surface-pattern designs, handmade items, made-to-order products, educational materials, blog content, and related creative goods and services.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, printing methods, materials, lighting, and the handmade nature of certain products.
Small variations in handmade products, print placement, stitching, texture, dimensions, and similar characteristics may occur and are not necessarily defects.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before purchase.
You agree to pay the price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges clearly disclosed before you complete your order.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
If a pricing, listing, or technical error occurs, Studio JOYfully Made may cancel or correct an affected order as permitted by applicable law. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Studio JOYfully Made reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory or production limitations, listing errors, misuse of the website, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
Customer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed once production, fulfillment, or digital delivery has begun.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are licensed, not sold outright as intellectual property.
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, digital products are for personal use only.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork, design, file, pattern, written material, or other intellectual property.
Digital-product use is also governed by the Studio JOYfully Made Digital Products & Intellectual Property License.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including artwork, graphics, photographs, designs, patterns, text, logos, product images, downloadable materials, and other creative content, are owned by or licensed to Studio JOYfully Made and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, modify for resale, or commercially exploit protected Studio JOYfully Made content except as expressly permitted by a written license or applicable law.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SHIPPING
Purchases are subject to the Studio JOYfully Made Refund & Return Policy and, where applicable, the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
