Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Studio JOYfully Made. Because many of our products are digital, handmade, made-to-order, limited-run, or created especially for a particular customer, our general policy is that all sales are final except as described below.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, digital purchases are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Printable artwork
• Coloring pages and coloring books
• Digital journals and planners
• Sewing or quilting printables
• Surface-pattern files
• Digital design resources
• Downloadable instructional materials
• Other electronically delivered products
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
• The file you received is corrupted or defective.
• You received the wrong digital file.
• A technical problem on our end prevents you from receiving or using the purchased file and we are unable to correct the problem.
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to correct the issue.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, physical-product sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable because of a change of mind, color preference, size selection, or other buyer preference.
Please review all descriptions, measurements, photographs, materials, and product information before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Studio JOYfully Made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include:
• Your name
• Order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipment
Please do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
When Studio JOYfully Made confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we may, depending on the circumstances:
• Replace the item
• Correct the order
• Issue a store credit
• Issue a refund to the original payment method
Studio JOYfully Made will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
HANDMADE ITEMS
Small variations may naturally occur in handmade products. Minor differences in placement, stitching, texture, color, print position, or other handmade characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the nature of the product.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If Studio JOYfully Made offers customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, those purchases are final once production has begun.
Custom or personalized products are eligible for correction or other appropriate remedy if Studio JOYfully Made made an error or if the product arrives damaged or defective.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because processing or production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact Studio JOYfully Made as soon as possible. If production, fulfillment, or digital delivery has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Please contact Studio JOYfully Made before sending any product back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
REFUND PROCESSING
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment when reasonably possible.
Banking institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post an approved refund to your account.
RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.
